The Britstream hood looks great inside our cafe, and as the kitchen is on full view this is very important to us. The hood handles the solid fuel equipment really well and is very easy to clean. The spot coolers are an added bonus cooling the staff, making for a great working environment. I would recommend Britannia Hoods to others with a similar environment.
